Air Driers

We supply ranges of Air Drier products from the leading manufacturers including Compair, Donaldson, Parker, Domnick Hunter, Hiross, Zander and Champion.

Atmospheric air contains atmospheric dirt and dust particles combined with a multitude of pollutants and hydrocarbons. Moisture vapor is naturally present in the atmosphere in variable amounts and when the air is compressed, minute oil particles mix creating compressed air condensate.

If the various contaminants remain in the compressed air unchecked this will have detrimental effect on downstream equipment, causing unnecessary product spoilage, resulting in reduced reliability of production equipment, and production downtime.

Compressed air filters are able to remove moisture droplets, oil vapour and odours, dirt particles, and bacteria in varying degrees. Aftercoolers and Air dryers can then remove the water vapour from the compressed air. The remaining residue from Filters, Coolers and Air Driers should be treated via an Oil Water Separator.
