What we deliver
Custom compressed air control panels
We design and build bespoke compressed air control panels at our High Wycombe facility. Panels can integrate multiple compressors, dryers and ancillary equipment with sequencing control, alarm monitoring and remote telemetry. We build to client specifications or design from functional requirements.
Remote monitoring and Industry 4.0 integration
We supply and configure monitoring systems that provide real-time data on system pressure, flow, energy consumption, dewpoint and equipment status – accessible on mobile, tablet or PC. This shifts maintenance from reactive to proactive and provides the energy consumption data needed to identify savings and report on usage. Integration with existing BMS systems is available where required.
Bespoke pneumatic systems
We design and supply custom pneumatic systems and sub-assemblies for OEM machine builders and production line integrators. Our Parker Hannifin distributor status gives us access to the full Parker pneumatics range for component supply and technical support, including cylinders, valves, FRL equipment, fittings and tubing. We can work from a functional specification or reverse-engineer an existing system.
High-pressure systems
We have experience with high-pressure compressed air applications using Reavell high-pressure compressors for specialist applications reaching several hundred bar. High-pressure systems require a different approach to equipment specification, pipework, safety and documentation – and we have the experience to deliver them correctly.
Full project management
For larger or more complex projects we provide end-to-end project management: initial technical consultation, system design, equipment procurement, installation coordination, commissioning, testing and handover documentation. We are experienced at working within operational facilities where access is restricted and downtime must be minimised, and at meeting the documentation and approval requirements of regulated industries.
