Prep-Air II heavy duty particulate filters (05F, 06F, 07F)delivers high moisture and solid particle contaminant removal down to 5 micron.This type of filter is generally used in industrial applications where liquidwater, oil, and harmful dirt particles must be removed from the compressed airsystem. For specific flow and space restricted applications, this product canprovide a solution that does not sacrifice performance. The Prep-Air IIparticulate filters can also be mounted using a modular connector to other Prep-AirII air preparation products. The various options available (such as auto drain,manual drain, and an assortment of bowl options) make this series easy todesign to your application.
Prep-Air II coalescing filters (11F, 12F, 15F) are designedto remove oil, water and liquid aerosols and submicron particulate matter fromyour pneumatic system. These coalescing filters are specifically designed forthe removal of solid particles, water and oil aerosols down to 0.01 micron.Prep-Air II coalescing filters come standard with a polycarbonate bowl, wrappedwith a metal bowl guard, providing 360 degrees of visibility to content insidethe bowl. The various options available (such as auto drain, twist drain, DPIgauge and assortment of bowl options) make this series easy to configure foryour application. The Prep-Air II coalescing filters can also be mounted usinga modular connector to other Prep-Air II air preparation products.
