We have used air compressors available from 1kW up to 75kW. Stock changes constantly as machines come in, so rather than list what will be gone next week, call us with what you need and we will tell you what we have.

  • Rotary screw compressors — fixed and variable speed, receiver-mounted and floor-standing, including CompAir
  • Rotary vane compressors — including Hydrovane
  • Piston compressors for lighter duty and intermittent use
  • Ancillary equipment — refrigerant dryers, air receivers and filtration

Availability across the 1kW to 75kW range varies week to week. If you have a specific size, pressure or brand in mind, tell us and we will keep an eye out — machines are often sold before they reach a listing.

Why buy used

A well-maintained industrial compressor has a long working life, and a used machine from a known source can be a sensible purchase — particularly for standby duty, for a second machine covering peak demand, or where capital is tight. Buying blind off a marketplace is a different proposition: an air end nearing the end of its life can cost more to rebuild than the machine cost.

How we sell used machines

Machines we sell are inspected and serviced before they leave us, and we tell you what we know about their history and run hours. We are a compressor engineering business rather than a dealer moving boxes — we would rather sell you the right machine than the one we happen to have.

Where a used machine is not the right answer, we will say so. Sometimes a new regulated speed compressor pays for the difference in energy savings within a couple of years, and we will run those numbers with you honestly.
