Gardner Denver compressors, spares and servicing
Gardner Denver is the group behind three compressed air brands you will recognise: CompAir rotary screw compressors, Hydrovane rotary vane compressors, and Reavell high pressure systems. In 2020 Gardner Denver merged with Ingersoll Rand and the combined business took the Ingersoll Rand name, but all three brands continue and parts remain available.
J&J Air Systems has supplied and serviced these machines since 1963. We install, maintain and hold spares for CompAir and Hydrovane UK-wide. We are authorised distributors for CompAir and Gardner Denver, and we service the full range of major brands including Hydrovane, Champion, Bambi and ABAC.
Which range fits which job
- CompAir – rotary screw, the standard choice for continuous industrial duty. Available fixed speed for steady demand, regulated speed where demand fluctuates and energy cost matters, and oil-free where air purity is critical. Airstations package compressor, receiver and dryer in one footprint.
- Hydrovane – sliding vane rather than twin screws. Fewer wearing parts, low vibration, and machines that routinely run for decades. Suits general engineering, machine shops and bodyshops.
- Reavell – high pressure systems for applications well above standard workshop pressures. See our Reavell page.
Spares and servicing
Filters, separators, service kits and consumables for these machines sit in our spare parts section, alongside compressor oil and air treatment equipment. If you have a machine on site and need the right part, send us the model and serial number and we will identify it.
